SHIPPING
We offer complimentary 1-3 business days shipping on all orders.
To ensure proper delivery, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.
We currently ship to all U.S. states and Puerto Rico.
Exceptions: We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
RETURNS
To ensure a positive shopping experience for all of our customers, we have implemented this Return Policy. Returned merchandise purchased online must be in accordance with the Return Policy outlined below. Please review our Return Policy carefully to ensure that your return is in compliance prior to submitting a return request.
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an Anahí Boutique gift card.
All returned merchandise must be sent back within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
All returned merchandise must be presented unworn, unaltered, unwashed, have original tags attached, and be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back merchandise.
Returns are processed within five (5) business days of receiving the merchandise.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
Anahí Boutique reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our Return Policy.
If we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
